How to Generate a Standard Report


A user's role  will need to be given one of the following permissions  be able to display the Standard Reports screen: Manage Standard Reports (Configuration Tab) or Standard Reports (Features Tab) . See the topic 'How to Give a User's Role Permission to Manage and Generate Reports'.
 
The Standard Reports screen can be displayed by clicking Standard Reports under the More menu.
 
The Standard Reports screen displays the following information:
 
How to Generate a Standard Report

Screen Name
Shows the name of the current displayed screen. The < shown before the name can be clicked and allows the user to return to the previously opened screen.

Chat Icon
Available only if messaging is an enabled featured for the logged in user. Opens the Messaging screen when clicked.

Name of the Logged in User
Displays the name of the logged in user.

Standard Report Field
Displays the name of the selected standard report.

Standard Report Drop-down
Click to display the list of available standard reports.

Parameters
Parameters available would vary depending on the report. Serves as filters for the report to be generated.
Fields with left red border are required and needs to be filled out.

Download Report button
Initially disabled. Becomes enabled only after a standard report has been selected, given that there is no required parameter. If there is a required parameter, this button becomes enabled only after the required parameter has been filled out.
